- Start your day with thoughts of love, gratitude, and joy.
- Over time increase the amount of raw foods you eat and decrease the amount of cooked foods you eat. Cravings for cooked foods may indicate mineral deficiency. (Eat more greens)
- Drink warm herbal teas.
- Drink water that has been potentiated by sitting in glass jars in the sunlight.
- Add your personal flower essences to your water.
- Drink 1/2 lemon in warm water upon arising. Be aware and prepare for your day.
- Drink 1-3 teaspoons of MSM in your water throughout the day.
- Get outside in nature EVERY day. Enjoy the healing energy of the sun, moon, stars, and sky.
- Pray more, dance more, sing more, laugh more, run, skip, swim, hug, kiss…you get the idea…
- Talk less and smile more…
- Eat fruit for breakfast. Always eat fruit alone allowing 30-60 minutes before eating other types of food. Fruit digests best on an empty stomach. Whenever possible eat local grown organic fruit in season. Fruit in the morning is a fabulous way of bringing in vitamins, minerals, and enzymes. Enjoy the natural health of natures flowers of life. The natural sweetness feeds the brain and brings deep clearing to one’s overall health. For beauty - eat fruit. Fruit will make you beautiful.
- Eat more green leafy veggies to bring minerals into the body and help bring balance and health to the nervous system, intestines, and skin. Eating bitter greens assists with digestion and absorption of nutrients. Greens assist with absortion of calcium as well as providing magnesium which brings smoothness and well-being to the muscle tissue. Greens support the uptake of oxygen to the bloodstream bringing more prana (life-force) to our bodies. Sprouted greens can be eaten with green leafy vegetables.
- Eat more super-foods: Avocados, maca, gogi berries, blue-green algaes, fucus, raw olives, raw cacao, fresh raw coconuts, hemp seeds, fresh figs, acai, medicinal mushrooms, blueberries, gogi berries, blue mana, suma, mangosteen, fresh noni, papaya, durian, tumeric, chile peppers, and so on…
- Eat plant fats: Avocados, raw olives, nuts and seeds (soaked and or sprouted), coconut oils
- Replace refined sugar with dates, raw agave, yacon, lucuma, stevia. Eliminate all refined processed sugars.
- Eliminate table salt and replace with Himalayan sea salt, celtic mineral sea salt, or seaweed.
- Eat more blue-green algaes 2-3 teaspoons per day.
- There are a number of excellent high-quality super-food powders available on the market. Two personal favorites include. ‘Synergy’ by Dr. Mitchell May and ‘The Sun is Shining’ by David Wolfe. Add these to your daily routine for ease in establishing and maintaining deep health.
-Eat more bitter greens for better digestion.
- Eliminate hydrogenated and partially hydrogenated fats. These produce trans-fatty acids in the body congesting and toxifying the blood stream. Replace these fats with life giving essential fats such as flax, hemp, and evening primrose. (Never cook essential fats.)
- If/when you do cook…cook at moderate temperatures and use only stone-crushed olive oil or coconut oil as they have a lower burning temperature and are less likely to create free radicals in the blood.
- Coconut water is a great source of electrolytes. Add greens and drink for breakfast. Fabulous for athletes.
- Begin sprouting your grains in a sunny spot in your home. Sprouting is easy, fun, inexpensive, and are a fantastic way to bring more nutrients in your life. Millet and quina are alkalizing grains.
- Eat sprouted grains with green leafy vegetables to assist with digestion and to make beautiful and interesting meals.
- Learn your plant allies. Make friends with the local plants.
- Eat more fresh herbs.
- Drink a fresh green drink every day.
- Wine is raw. Use with mindful intention.
- Eat more seaweeds. Seaweeds are excellent for hair, skin, and hormonal balance (especially healing to the thyroid). Try adding dulse to salads or wrap veggies and avocado in Nori strips for a hand-made roll. Eat more seaweeds - they are an original food - 100% raw and not tampered with…eating a variety of seaweeds will provide your body with all 8 essential glyco-nutrients. (Kelp, nori, dulse, and sea lettuce.) Sprinkle kelp on your salad or in your super food shake and eat a variety of seaweeds each day. Seaweeds can be treated like greens in your diet.
- Eat more hot peppers (add to raw crackers, soups, and salads). Peppers help to eliminate parasites.
- Spicy foods go great with plant fats. Make homemade guacamole and add to salads or on sprouted bread.
- Sweet fruits go well with raw plant fats. ex. Oranges with avocados.
- For a sweet treat put raw almonds in the center of a date. Share with a friend. YUMMY!!!
- Limit nuts for weight loss…include more leafy greens and sweet fruits.
- Seek out and listen to those who are getting the results you desire.
- Educate yourself…saturate yourself with high vibration learning.
- Enjoy your food without fear or anxiety. En-joy!
- As you become more clear your taste buds will become more refined.
- Enjoy your local farmer’s market. Whenever possible eat seasonal and local fruit and veggies.
- Eat wild home - grown or organic foods. Remember ‘organic loves mother earth’.
- Plant a garden. Enjoy the bees, moths, and birds that come to visit as they pollinate the plants.
- laugh often…delight in your life…laughter is the balm of the heart. LOVE yourself and the earth, her animals, and plant life. This is your precious life…live fully!
- ELIMINATE sodas: they rob your body of minerals; dehydrate the body, deplete the adrenals, have no nutritional value, and are bad for your health in EVERY way.
- Replace dairy with green leafy vegetables for calcium. If choosing to eat dairy - always eat raw milk and cheese. Make friends with a local sustainable farmer and get your dairy, eggs, and veggies from them. Or better yet, make friends with the cow.
- Eat the foods that digest well for you. The choices you make today will affect your future health.- Systematically under-eat…En-joy long term health.
- Get more direct sunlight on your skin.
- Cleanse the emotional body. Resolve issues around family and past lovers. Support with flower essences, movement, love, humor, good friends, fresh starts, and working with a life coach or conscious counselor. YOU ARE LOVE!!!
- Vitamin B12 deficiency is usually from improper digestion and/or poor or absent intestinal flora.
- As you clear take digestive enzymes and probiotics.
- Go RAW for a day…be a RAW superhero.
- Raw feast and juice feast at regular intervals.
- To detoxify drink fresh orange, pineapple, lemon, and grapefruit juice.
- Love yourself enough to break your addictions.
- Chew, chew, chew your food…enjoy each yummy bite…remember to eat the foods that digest well for you.
