The breasts are deeply connected with our ability to receive nourishment. For many, they are the first source of food from the mother…how precious…for all of us (men and women) they are intimately connected to our lymphatic/immune system. This system is connected to our emotional body and the water element…our flow…drop deeply into your life….flow with your breath and live fully in the eternal present moment.

The following natural tools are helpful in the health of the breast tissue.
Nourish through organic foods and herbs:
Clean clear water & lemon-water. Drink warm water with 1/2 lemon
2 x day.
Oils: Hemp, Borage, Black currant, or Evening Primrose oil added to diet (especially in cases of hormonal imbalance) helps to protect the breast tissue by providing the body with Omegas 3, 6, and 9. Do NOT cook any of these oils.
*Dandelion oil (Taraxacum officinale) has a special affinity for breast tissue. Regular use of this beautiful oil facilitates the release of held emotions. Strengthens immune system and emotional bodies. This superb ally can be used during self massage on an on-going basis. (Clears impacted milk glands and reduces cysts).
Seaweeds (eaten as snacks or added to herbal formulas): wakame, kelp, kombu.
Greens etc. (antioxidants, Chlorophyll, folic acid, vitamins, amino acids):Watercress, broccoli, wheat-grass, parsley, celery, raw spinach, lamb’s quarter, kale, collard greens, amaranth, spirulina. Blue-green algaes, spirulina.
Earth foods (connect with earth energy and natural sweetness): parsnips, turnips, squash, cabbage, pumpkins, burdock, licorice root (stabilizes blood sugar), sweet potatoes (grounding), carrots, corn, garlic and onions (selenium and antioxidants), beets(builds blood), brown rice, lentils, pineapple, apples, citrus fruits (oranges, lemons, grapefruit), watermelon (purifies), figs, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, Miso, (raw goats milk) yogurt, pure sunlight.
Sprouted seeds and sprouted nuts: sunflower (vitamin E, antioxidants, and genistein), pumpkin, apricot seeds (anti-cancer laetrile), almonds, walnuts, brazil nuts.
Mushrooms (enhance immune system, slow tumor growth, deactivate viruses): reishii, maitake, oyster.
Herbs and spices: Slippery elm. Mint family- basil, oregano, rosemary, thyme, lavender, sage. Tumeric, fennel, nutmeg, cloves, caraway, cayenne (antiseptic, toning), cumin, thistles. Siberian Ginseng (tonic), Aloe, Oatstraw (silica and calcium, calming, balances thyroid & hormones, protects adrenals), ginger (tonic, warming, antioxidants, carotenes), Pau d’arco (relieves pain, antioxidant).

Packs/Poultices: Castor oil packs alone or alternating with ginger poultices: (Cleansing to breasts and liver. and strengthens the adrenals.) Clay Poultice directly on any lumps. Mullein Poultice over entire breasts.

Baths/Foot Baths: Chickweed bath (neutralizes, eliminates acidity, soothing, relaxing, healing); Lobelia (wisdom plant); essential oil(s) of choice; sesame oil foot baths

Essential Oils: 1) Orange, Neroli, and Lavender (20-50 drops total added to 30 ml olive oil). Apply twice daily to breasts. 2) Roman Chamomile and Rose geranium (5 drops each into teaspoon of olive oil). Apply daily to breasts. 3) Smelling the following pure essential help to to strengthen immune system: Rosemary, Lavender, Tea tree, Rose geranium, Neroli

Enema: Red clover blossoms (1), Red raspberry leaves (1), Burdock root (1), Yellow dock root (1).
Bowel Vitalizer: Mandrake root (1), Ginger root (1), Licorice root (1), Wild Yam root (1), Alfalfa (1).
Menopause: Alfalfa (1), Chickweed (1), Dandelion (1), Dong Quai (1), Fenugreek (1), Horsetail (1), Motherwort(1), Nettles(1), Red clover(1), Red Raspberry leaves(1), Violet leaves (1), Wild Yam root(1).

Make sure that all of the eliminatory channels are working at optimal levels. Cleanse:
Breath (Yoga; meditation; aerobic exercise; deep breathing; Mystic dance,)

Emotions (breathing, forgiving, releasing, spacious, Liver cleanse, counseling, positive thinking,)

Bowels (enemas; colonics; herbs)
Liver (Daily Lemon-water; Seasonal Liver-gall-bladder cleanse; dandelion root at 20-30 drops of tincture taken up to 4 x daily or as a tea; release and transform anger

Eliminate Methylxanthines: black tea; coffee (decaf and regular); colas (diet and regular); chocolate; Midol; Anacin; Excedrin; Dexatrim; etc.

Eliminate/release: Your bras or at least wear one that is comfortable and reminds you that you are beautiful; Tobacco smoking; exposure to chemicals; hydrogenated & partially hydrogenated oils; refined foods; Homogenized milk products; refined sugars; eggs; wheat products; meat products; aluminum-based deodorants; hatred; anger; that which no longer serves you.

Tinctures:
Echinacea (5) and Poke root (1) 8 drops 2 x day for 7-10 days.
Dandelion root (tonifying): at 20-30 drops of tincture taken up to 4 x daily for up to a month (especially during live stress or times of cleansing). Works well with Cleavers, Burdock, Milk thistle, nettle.
Cleaver’s: 10 drops of tincture twice daily for up to a month (Strengthens lymphatic, relieves breast congestion. For swollen lymph nodes). Cleaver works well with Dandelion.
Sundew:: 30-90 drops daily for one month(reduces the rate of tumor growth, stimulates T-cell helpers, increases macrophage activity, alleviated pain, non-toxic).

Rest:
Complete rest. Nourish from deep rest of all systems. Heal organs through rest.
Melatonin cycles (afternoon and nighttime): spend some time outside every day (without sunglasses) to benefit from the pure sunlight complete darkness during sleep; consistent sleep schedule;; release and embrace sleep (warm lavender, amber, and frankincense baths)
Go outside under natural sunlight…enjoy the healing energy of solar power.
